Cotton Blanket
My cat licks my cotton blanket!?
She licks that cotton blanket when we are laying down watching tv. She starts to purr and all of that and I think she’s grooming herself but there is a big wet spot there. Why is she doing that and how can I make her stop? I wash the blanket again and again she still licks all over it she just won’t stop.
I wash it a lot and she still does it!
When I put a sheet there she licks that too!
I mean she licks it like she is grooming herself I know it can’t be good!
You really think i’m overreacting??? I just want her to be safe and happy. She’s my baby I love her.
HI there… Medically scientists have determined that cats who suck, lick, chew non-edible items suffer from a condition called PICA. This is common among kittens who were weaned early and seen in many Asian breed of cats as well.
